This multi-layered blend highlights the beauty and elegance of Syrah, complemented by the more complex and robust characteristics of Cabernet Sauvignon. Additionally, it reveals the authentic marriage of exceptional fruit from McKinley Springs and Phinny Hill. The floral Syrah was co-fermented with Viognier and aged in new Hungarian oak for 20 months, where the darker fruit from Phinny Hill was preserved in neutral French oak. This Horse Heaven Hills blend is proudly comprised of 70% Syrah and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon.
