Basel Cellar’s main building design evokes the spirit of casual grandeur found in venerable American lodges such as Yosemite’s Awahnee Lodge, Mary Colter’s Bright Angel Lodge at the Grand Canyon and Mt. Hood’s Timberline Lodge. The Estate features luxury overnight accommodations for up to eighteen guests in the 13,800 sq. ft. rustic yet elegant facility complete with gated security, comfortable meeting rooms, gourmet kitchen, fireplaces, hot tub, sauna, theme bar, private outdoor pool and separate poolside Cabana, commercial outdoor grills, and much more. Basel Cellars offers acres of landscaped gardens, patios and vineyards overlooking the Walla Walla River with vistas of wheat covered foothills nestled against regal violet mountain silhouettes. Our guests continually comment on the exquisite details and the unpretentious ambiance of the property. There are eight guestrooms in the main Estate, each with one queen bed with the exception of the master suite which has a king. The poolside Cabana has one guestroom with a king.
